Canadian malted barley, Golding hops, a flavorful Belgian yeast creating a potpourri of flavor. A find sipping beer meant for special occasions...Like Sundown!

On tap. Amber in color with average white head. Fruity aroma. Mostly sweet flavor with banana and clove notes. Somewhat boozy. Medium bodied. Subtle flavors. Good.

Found this on the bottle list at Fordís Garage in Ft Myers and what a fun and welcome crazy Belgian beer from FL with a goofy fish in the cartoon label. It was a "flavorful Belgian yeast creating a potpourri of flavor." Hell Yeah...

2010 bottle found in the rot closet...must have been saving because I didnít want to drink it, not to intentionally age. Pours a muddy brown color, minimal head. Huge sweet, caramel, toffee, aroma with hints of citrus. Super sweet, caramel, toffee malt, alcohol, light spicy yeast character, actually not too bad but a sweet mess, high boost at least...Iíll chalk that up to the age.

This is a strong, rich, full-bodied beer. You'll love it or hate it for its unique sweet bite. -- rated via 'Find A Beer' for Blackberry 10

Local craft beer from south florida, 10% alcohol but it hides it well. Very fruity overall and it overwhelms the belgian wheats. Interesting beer but not for me. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A: Amber/Orangish Hue, Passes Lots of Light, Very Little Head, No Lacing S: Belgian Sugar, Tropical Fruits T: Nectarine, Papaya, Pineapple, Belgian Sugars M: Mild Carbonation, Light to Medium Bodied, Sweet, Cloying Overall, for a triple/saison, it is way too sweet. This is a good beer for a fruit beer lover but very one dimensional.

Pour is an amber with a small white head. Aroma is candi sugar with a molasses with almost a peppery hint. Flavor is also decent with a lot of candi sugar and molasses. Aftertaste lingers

Clear orange copper, off white cover. Seems dark if it is meant as a tripel. Odd aroma, spicy, some bits of apparent Belgian yeast are covered up by alcohol, tinny malt. Taste is again spicy, apparent alcohol, some caramlized sugar notes, otherwise a bit bland if strong.

Aroma is dominated by floral notes and phenolic spices. The spices are coriander, clove and anise. The floral note is lavender and yarrow. The aroma is so strong it seems almost artificial and drowns out everything else. A slight citrus aroma is present behind the flowers and spice. Pours a slightly cloudy copper with a hint of orange. Moderately thick, fairly large, slightly off white head that steadily recedes. Flavor is ridiculously sweet upfront with tons of honey. Mid palate the sweetness sort of dies down but the honey ramps up. Spice notes are moderate but oddly enough make the sweetness even worse; sugar coated coriander sound good to anyone? The flavor has a definite oxidative quality to it while being very much under attenuated; is this beer 10% or were they attempting to hit 10%? Light bitterness helps a bit to balance out the sweetness but not enough. An odd, off flavor in the finish, not infection but perhaps rotten vegetables. Mouthfeel is medium full bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and medium low alcohol warmth. Way too sweet and not dry enough for the style. Overall this is one of the worst beers I have had in awhile. It is just so sweet and under attenuated. It also has the honey note and rotten vegetable character working against it. The aroma is too one dimensional. I hope my sink is thirsty.
