12 ounce bottle from Samís Quik Stop, opened 5/11/12. Pours a slightly hazy copper color with a large frothy off-white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of apple, stone fruits, bread and tinny notes. The taste is citrus, apples, bread, caramel. Intensely fruity, almost like a cider, and really not what I was expecting at all. Medium bottled. Cloying.

Little aroma, though it is of potpourri. Color is light golden wheat with a slight pink hue. Flavor is very sweet, strawberries, hibiscus. Slight taste of chlorine. Idont like how this tastes like fruit punch. Too sweet.

glennmastrange (2288) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - APR 20, 2012
Bottle. Moderate malt notes of grain, roasted, nutty and caramel, perfume and cooked lemon for the hops, light dough for the yeast, with date and brown sugar in the background. Head is small, fizzy/frothy slightly off-white with some slippery lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is hazy, medium orange/tan. Flavor starts lightly to moderately sweet and acidic, then finishes lightly to moderately sweet and slightly acidic and bitter. Palate is medium, a little slick with a lively carbonation and a slightly dry finish. This is a nice Belgian Strong Ale and a very nice beer overall from Gordash.

tkrjukoff (4082) - SWEDEN - APR 7, 2012
Bottle 33 cl, trade. Pours clear brownish amber with a nice beige head leaving small lace. Aroma is sweet malty, slightly sour, spicy, yeasty, bready, raisins, fidgeas and hoppy. Flavor quite similar to aroma, acidy sourish and malty in start, alcohol and spices add on the middle and bitterness with some peppery tones towards end. Finishes bitter peppery and warming alcohol.

A lovely brew that pours a golden amber. Just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering.

Dogbrick (8269) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - MAR 3, 2012
Sample at Ale Wine & Spirits in Powell on 03/01/2012. Hazy copper-amber color with a medium white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of candied fruit, yeast and malt. Medium to full body with a somewhat cloying sweetness and notes of fruit syrup, yeast and a touch of hops. The finish is syrupy with a fruit aftertaste. A sipper but not in a good way, there is just too much sweet.

PIcked this up on my way to the Florida Keys - my goal being to try beers I canít get at home ... I was intrigued by the blending of saison and tripel styles ... Doesnít work, in this case, anyway ... heavy cloying sweetness overpowered every other aspect of this brew, Still, itís 10 percent ABV and I WAS on vacation, but next trip I will be staying away from this one.

Yuck! Hated it! Brownish yellow pour with slight, off-white head. Sweet. I mean really sweet! Yuck again! Sweet aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz bottle thanks to Tommy. Bright orange with a fast fading head. Nose is lemony, yeasty. Taste is a bit medicinal, citrusy, a bit sweet and seems heavy bodied for the style. Sticky with a an aggressive alcohol bite at the end. A sipper but I donít want to sip this one all night.

Dull amber. The aroma is spicy (astringent coriander) and fairly yeasty. Malty, a little bit gluey, sweet with cinnamon and other spices in the background. Not particularly refined. A drinkable beer, though, that would be better if it was a bit lighter.
