This Golden Ale is Belgian-Style, yet with a Florida twist! Handcrafted in small batches using the finest all natural ingredients, including German Plisner malt and Czech Saaz hops. Quite a refreshing, yet complex beer… that will only mature if cellared for 2-3 years. -Ideal serving temperature 45f.

12 oz bottle into pint glass -- thanks Daknole! Nice clear golden with a fizzy white head that doesnt last very long. The aroma is pretty faint and simple with yeast and clove notes. The flavor is out of wack and all over the place: wheat, cereal, strange sweetness, cloves, and raisins. A bit grainy on the palate with a bit more carbonation than I would like. Overall: not undrinkable, but unenjoyable.

Bottle poured into a tulip. Pours a hazy golden orange with little head. The aroma is slightly sweet with Belgian yeast and some lighter fruits as well. The taste is not much different with a pretty one-dimensional sweetness that dominates throughout. The mouthfeel is clean but slightly thinner than I would like. This one is only OK and definitely not one I will try again.

Pours a rich golden color with a small head. Nose of yeast and fresh pale malts. The smell is this beers best characteristic. Taste of pale malts, grass, and with a bit of astringency. Finish of grass or hay.

Light hazy pale gold with a fizzy head. The nose is sweet, candy, lightly earthy, not too much going on, some yeast character. The flavor is sweet, yeasty, some spice, candy, earthy. Sweet kind of syrupy mouthfeel with a decent carbonation.

(12oz. bottle, 2008 vintage) Pours a hazy golden orange body with a small white head. Aroma of coriander, banana, citrus, pear, and ginger. Flavor of ginger, candi sugar, apricots, and some floral.

Pours dark golden color with off white head. Strong aroma of bananas and yeast. Sweet flavors of bananas and candy sugar. Medium body with soft carbonation. Decent, but a bit too sweet for my tastes. I could not drink more than one.

This was a beligian style ale that tasted as expected, not very good. It had a flat taste to it with little carbonation like a normal belgian. The taste was almost artificial. I had a 2007 bottle and maybe it was not aged long enough.

12oz bottle, 2008 vintage. Pours golden with a slight orange hue, capped with a fairly large off-white head. Aroma is fairly sweet with notes of tropical fruit, honey, banana and yeast. Flavor is sweet as well, with citrus and tropical fruit. White pepper and spice round out the palate and stick around for a fairly long finish. Drinkable, but a bit too sweet for me.
