Bottle. 12 fl. oz. Hazy, amber color with frothy, white head. Good lacing. Sweet aroma of honey, lemon, and yeast. Medium bodied with a fairly dry texture. Flavor starts out bitter, then finishes with a big, sweet ending. The alcohol was well hidden. A strong, enjoyable beer.

Poured from a 12 oz. bottle I received as a gift from family in Florida. Plenty of carbonation in the pour with lots of little bubbles but didnt amount too a large head-a small white one really. Smells of a fruity ale-a bit like you would expect from a Belgian, but not quite as full. Initial taste is a bit of a Belgian with some wheat hints. There are some sweet hints too and it is a bit malty. 8.5% ABV comes through a bit strong. Hops come through when the beer lowers in temp a bit and it is a nice drink. Drinkability is nice, but because it does come off a bit strong, I wouldnt select this as a session beer. I would definitely have another if given the opportunity-I like the idea of local Florida made beer.

2008 bottle from bu11zeye. Pours a hazy yellow with a small white head that goes. aroma of banna, bubble gum some pepper, and burnt plastic. Taste has a lot of sweetness, some bananas and a slight off-taste in the finish. Light bubbles, a bit warming.

Bottle pour....beautiful golden color...had a medium head that disappeared right away...the carbonation level is good, not too much, not too little, just enough to make it pretty...very sweet aroma, candy like...creamy mouth feel that coats the mouth and adds to a "Fuller Flavor" than what the aroma lead me to believe. This one is bitter sweet to me....somthing that I enjoy greatly.

Pours a golden pilsner color with foamy white head. Spicy aroma with hints of fruit and alcohol. Flavor is spicy and contains a bit of citrus fruit.

Rerate of 2008 vintage in 2009. Pours golden orange with white head. Nose is honey, apple, citrus, sugar, and some booze and yeast. Yeast comes out in the flavor that has lots of syrupy sweetness. Apple, caramel, and sugary syrupy tang emerge. Very sugary flavor and a light mouthfeel come out in this beer that did not age as well as I thought it would.

Pours dark golden color with off white head. Strong aroma of bananas and yeast. Sweet flavors of bananas and candy sugar. Medium body with soft carbonation. Decent, but a bit too sweet for my tastes. I could not drink more than one.
