On tap. Pours clear abmer color with white head. Smells hoppy, grapefruit, but nothing extra. Hoppy taste with medium long bitterness.

Pinta de barril a Homo Sibaris. Color taronja amb escuma blanca, llueix força bé. Bon aroma floral i afruitat que queda trencat en boca, doncs l’amargor s’ho menja pràcticament tot. Promet molt però no acaba de convencer, li manca molt de balanç a aquesta cervesa. Malgrat tot es pot beure, i si agrada el llúpol en general doncs no semblarà dolenta. Jo personalment no repetiré.

Rasposa y afrutada, buen equilibrio. Buena en general, menos que las otras dos pero pasa muy bien. Recomendable!
