Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma has primary notes of wheat. The flavor is lightly sweet with notes of wheat, and a bit of bread and banana. The body is thin. Boring.

Bottle 50 cl. Cloudy yellow with a dense and lacing white head. Unpleasant aroma of boiled vegetables. Medium body, heavy carbonation, sweetish fruity again with a very unpleasant vegetable tang. No bitterness. 111009

Bottle 50cl. @ home.
Unclear hazy medium yellow color with a large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, citrus sour. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration. Fresh. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090722]

Bottled (from beerangel.de). Hazy yellowish orange colour with big slightly off-white creamy head, nice lace. Aroma is wheat, some earth and herbs. Flavour is wheat, some mild fruits, herbs, earth and mild rubbery notes in the background. No sweetness at all.

The bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also, but there’s not much foam. The beer starts very fruity, like a normal hefeweizen, but turns then very washy. That’s not good and the beer is not really drinkable.
