3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 OleR (3675) - Oslo, - DEC 14, 2009
Bottle from Smart Club, Alnabru, Oslo. Tan fluffy two-finger head. Body is bright, dark ruby. Well prononced malt aroma, sweetish and Christmas-spicy. Grassy hop notes. Taste is quite sweet, genuine malty, with a a fine fruit note, and hints of peppery hops. Well-bodied, slick in the mouth. Rounded malty, light spicy-bitter finish. One of the best Norwegian ’light’ Juleøl.

29.04.2011. 0,33l Bottle. Thanks to Magne and Steinar for sharing! Dark brown colour with sweet malty aroma. This beer is sweet but there is also some sour elements. Very smooth malty flavours. Not to much bitterness. Good beer!
2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 daje (538) - NORWAY - MAR 26, 2011
Bottle. Dark red to brown color, small beige head. Sugary aroma with bread, some spices. Taste is some roast, dominated by sugar, which also stays in the end. Overall I find this beer a bit too sweet.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 larsga (4684) - Oslo, NORWAY - DEC 4, 2010
Medium beige head. Deep dark red barely translucent body. Fruity wild berry aroma wih papery roasty notes. Dry-sweetish roasty papery wild berry taste with perfumy minty notes. Mid-bodied. Sharpish mouthfeel. Dry mealy strawy aftertaste with minty papery notes. Not bad, and has some character, but is a bit too papery. (0.33l bottle, Meny Grønland Torg, Oslo.)
2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 yngwie (9205) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - NOV 1, 2010
Bottle. A clear, brown beer with a small, beige head. Caramel and some diacetyl on the nose, dull. The flavor has caramel sweetness, notes of roasted malts and diacetyl. Medium body and a sort finish. Definitely not the least interesting among the low alcohol Christmas beers, but that won’t make me buy it again. 100611

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 Maria (8588) - Thisted, DENMARK - SEP 13, 2010
Thanks Yngwie. It’s mahogany-red with a creamy head and the aroma has notes of syrup, caramel and bread. The flavour is sweet with notes of syrup, bread, caramel, “hvidtøl” and the finish is slightly dry and bitter.
