COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
First brewed November 2009.
Black and intriguing as midnight, Capall Dorche is a velvety smooth and full bodied stout with a rich, creamy mouth feel. Mild, roasted flavors give way to a cocoa and milk chocolate finish. Balanced and drinkable, Capall Dorche is a session stout that will keep you coming back for more. Balanced with judicious additions of Nugget and East Kent Goldings hops.

Cask conditioned Gravity Dispense GBBF 2010. A black beer with a small off-white head. A good roasty smoky aroma with a bit of fruit. A bit of roast and a touch of smoke in the mouth but it’s thinner than you’d want and lacks oomph. Not bad though.
