Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, honey, toffee. Body is medium, texture is syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel light alcoholic. [20111030]

Bottle @ Ulfborg, Early Winter Tasting, 2011. Pours clear golden with no head. Butter, sugar and honey. Warmth. Alcohol subdued/in the back. Orange and flowers. Pretty good.

Bottle. A clear, golden mead with an oily pour. Almost cat pee like aroma with flowers, honey and some fruityness. Maybe some black currant bush notes. The flavor is sweet and honeyish with a solid dose of flowers. Full-bodied and with a little warmth on the palate. Seems these Honey Sun meads isn’t made for me. I don’t think they’re bad, but they’re not tasting in a way I like a mead to do. 111105
