COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A sweet mead similar in sweetness to a late harvest wine. This places more emphasis on the honey notes, which vary from batch to batch depending on honey source. A more subtle product, best served at white wine temperatures with fish, vegetable dishes and light meats, or as a sun downer.

Bottle. A clear, golden mead with an oily pour. Almost cat pee like aroma with flowers, honey and some fruityness. Maybe some black currant bush notes. The flavor is sweet and honeyish with a solid dose of flowers. Full-bodied and with a little warmth on the palate. Seems these Honey Sun meads isn’t made for me. I don’t think they’re bad, but they’re not tasting in a way I like a mead to do. 111105
