500ml bottle. A still, hazy straw coloured cider. Slight farmyard edge to the aroma with some residual fruity apple touches. Fairly dry and attenuated on the palate but it retains some sweet, but sharp, fruitiness because of the use of culinary apples. Fairly restrained tannin levels. A pleasant, clean and easygoing cider, typical of the Kentish style. Fairly similar to the other ciders I’ve tried from this producer.
