500ml bottle from Brogdale Fruit Farm, Faversham. Unfiltered. Hazy orange colour. Still. Restrained aroma - touches of residual apple. Quite dry for a Kentish cider, although, as Brogdale has just about every variety of apple there is in the collection, I’d guess there may be some West Country varieties in here too. Noticeably woody on the palate, with a fair amount of tannin. Highly attenuated but not without fruit character. Not packed with flavour but firm and clean. A pleasant drop.
