COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
No Sulfites Added. Contains Naturally Occurring Sulfites. This dry, light wine is made by fermenting honey, nature’s nectar. Serve chilled, try it with seafood. Mead is a timeless wine with no borders. Ragnar’s father, Rolf the Gange was the Norwegian who ruled the coast of france from 635 - 700 AD. Ragnar was a natural leader with an attitude. His mead and other honey wines were widely appreciated by roving Vikings in their various pursuits. Ragnar died an old man of coronary failure. His wife, some years his junior, was quoted as saying "Ragnar finally discovered which way the wind blows."

Smells wonderful - plentiful honey on the nose. Tastes like used gym socks, with a faint honey aftertaste upon concentrating. It tastes surprisingly like cheap sake. In spite of being a honey wine, there is very little residual sweetness. On the upside, it gives off a pleasant buzz.

dark amber colored, has a floral, soapy like nose with a touch of honey peeking throough. Not pleasant on the palate and finishes bone dry. Don’t choose this mead.
