It’s golden with a grey hue and a white head. The aroma has notes of vegetables, malt, straw and grain. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of straw, malt, grain, citrus, and the finish is slightly harsh and dry.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.

Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay - grass, moderate hoppy, grass - hay. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a long duration, green grass, hop bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110725]

Screw-cap bottle: Golden to deep golden, quite stable fluffy white head, light but distinctive aromatic hoppy nose with sweet pale malt underneath; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; lingering finish of aromatic hops and pale malt. A fine semi-Bohemian Pilsener........

Bottle, 4.9%. Good flowery hop aroma. clear golden colour. Plasticky, but stable white head. The flavour is malty and quite vinous. Medium bitterness, slightly rough.

(screw cap bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a short blonde foamy head. Light-sweet pale malty aroma with notes of sour dough, citrus and herbal hops. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Slightly strawy and doughy malty taste; moderately dry, malt-accented finish with a delicate herbal and slightly fruity hoppy touch. Solid Franconian Pils (17.X.08).

Bottled. Pale yellow colour, almost non-existant white head. Aroma is malts, hops, some grass and harshness. Flavour is very much the same with rather 3-week-old-milk feeling to it in the aftertaste.

Very pale yellow color, small white head. Sweet, a bit honeyish malty nose. Beer starts quite light, mainly sweet - almost honeyish malty - then late hoppyness. Not very exicitng, but not too bad.

A pale yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet malty again with notes of straw, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Pale yellow colour with a white head. Malty, fruity aroma with a vague grassy note. Light malty sweet flavor with a balanced hoppy bitter finish.

Sample from 50 cL bottle. Pours clear golden. Aroma is grassy. Flavour is soft grassy and hoppy. Finish is grassy dry and hoppy.
