It’s unclear golden with a grey hue and a huge, white and creamy head. The aroma has notes of yeast, wheat and banana. The flavour is sweet with the same notes as the aroma, and the finish is sweet and slightly spicy.

Screw-cap bottle: Golden, hazy, smaller firm and stable white head; sweetish fruity (lemons, oranges) nose with a wheaty-yeasty touch; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, quite soft MF; citrus-fruity finish with a light acidity and a very shy tartness. All in all a decent Weizen.............

(screw cap bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a massive but not long standing blonde foamy head. Slightly sweet and dusty wheat-aroma with clovy spice and banana-fruity notes. Moderately sweet flavour with a tinge of sourness, wheat-malty and grainy taste with a light to moderate fruity touch (banana, bubblegum); slick and wheaty banana-fruity, slightly fizzy finish. Not a great one but surely drinkable Weizen (19.X.08).

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of malted wheat, but also lighter notes of banana and citrus. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of wheat and bananal, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Bottle. [Great two day tasting session @ Papsoe] Average off-white fizzy head that mostly diminished. Spare lacework. Aroma of light grass, caramel, fruit. Over the palate light fruity and alcoholic feel. Hint of apricot. Light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor with a hint of acidic. Sweet fruity finish.
