TBone (12963) - Pori, FINLAND - OCT 18, 2009
Bottled (BB 09/2009)
Clear deep golden color, small white head. Minerally, herbal/grassy nose. Flavor is quite similar: herbal, grassy, grainy, minerally, semi-sweet. A bit harsh finish. Probably should be a bit more fresh, but even past its BB it is still quite ok, standard "ungespundet".

UPDATED: JUL 14, 2010 Draught at the brewpub. Hazy golden colour. Good yeasty flavour, good malty notes. Satisfying and good. 7 3 7 3 15

Bottle, 4.8% bought at the brewery. Almost clear golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is very malty, a bit sugary. The aftertaste is nice, tastes like a high alcohol beer, but it must be the hops. 6 3 6 3 13

1 liter mug, tap at Bamberg Sandkerwa fest. Pours golden, white head. Aroma is herbal, piney. Taste, has a light floral note and grains. Lightly malty and hoppy. Many people seemed to stop for this beer thinking it was a honey beer, but it was the name of the brewery. The beer has not much special, it is unfiltered, drinkable.

Draught at the brewpub. Deep golden, almost no head. Herbal spicy hops that seem vague at first, but grow to dominate. Medium bodied with low carbonation and notes of cellar and esters. Medium bitterness.

Maria (10176) - Thisted, DENMARK - AUG 1, 2008
Warm golden with an OK head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of light, mellow malt and a light, dry, citrussy bitterness. The overall impression is light, but the flavour is nice and mellow, even if it’s light.

bottle, thanks to Bochum! Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a medium-size head. Fruity and hoppy, solid malty base, the hops are slightly grassy with hints of lemon.

MoritzF (8590) - Bochum, GERMANY - FEB 24, 2008
(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a short creamy white layer. Sweet apricot- and citrus-fruity pale malt aroma with a shy hoppy shine in the background. Bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied with a light carbonation. Pretty dry malty, minimal grainy and herbal hoppy taste; almost lingering bitter and herbal hoppy finish. Really “ungespundet” and almost bone-dry. Except for the colour a classic Franconian Lager (17.02.08).
