Clear golden of color. An aroma of sweets, spice and cinnamon. A flavor of sweets, spice and cinnamob.

Bottle. Pours light yellow. Aroma of honey, flowers, spices, light alcoholic. Taste is honey, flowers, cinnamon, light wood notes, alcohol. Thin bodied for a mead. 300312

Bottle. Yellow colour. Moderate aroma. Some honey notes. Light sweet and dry smoky flavor. Long nice finish. Creamy palate.

UPDATED: APR 4, 2012 Clear yellow without head. Aroma is sweet, honey, flowers and light spicy. Flavor is quite sweet. Quite sweet finish with warming alcohol. Oily and sticky. 280112 and 290312

Bottle at Papsø. Clear golden coloured with no head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel, honey and alcohol. Sweet flavour of caramel, fruirs and honey with notes of alcohol. Sweet and warming alcoholic finish.

Bottled. An amber mead. The aroma has notes of honey, spices, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey, spices, and flowers, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Clear yellowish golden with no head. Aroma is quite lovely, deep honey sweetness, hazelnuts, pear, vinious, heather. No carbonation, fine oily mouthfeel. Flavour is quite elegant, warming, sweet honey, some herbal dryness, with notes of juniper and heather. Dryish in the finish. Actually a very elegant and nice mead.

Botella, courtesy of señor Plovmand. Clear deep nice golden colour. Sweet honey aroma indeed with some herbal and alcohol. Good smooth mouthfeel, sticky. Pleasant sweet flavour with honey and herbs. Nice.
