Clear golden of color. An aroma of spice, dust, honey and flowers. A flavor of sweets, dust, metallic and flowers.

Bottle, bought @ Bryghuset, Billund.
Pale golden with no head. Aroma has elderflowers, heather, honey, sweetness. No carbonation, oily and fat mouthfeel. Flavour is honey sweet, fairly smooth. A bit sharp. Floral finish.

Bottle… Clear golden cider with cool, thick, syrupy legs. The complex, earthy aroma is an assortment of wet leather, smoky whiskey and ethanol with a hint of mezcal. Full-bodied and enormously oily. The flavor is an odd conglomeration of sweet clover honey, an unidentified blend of spices and herbs, earthy-smoky mezcal and raw oak. Finishes sweet, smoky, grassy and very hot. This certainly has its flaws, but I can’t bash it. It’s far too interesting. Bottle courtesy of Plovmand!

Bottle. Pours light hazy yellow. Aroma of honey, oak, elderflowers. Taste is sweet with honey, elferflowers, light wood / oak notes, alocohol. Thin bodied. 300312

Bottle. Yellow colour. Moderate honey aroma. Elderflower not very present. Spicey smoked strange flavor. Elderflower still not present. Long finish. Creamy palate.

UPDATED: APR 4, 2012 Clear yellow without head. Aroma is sweet, honey and elderflowers. Flavor is quite sweet. Quite sweet finish with warming alcohol. Oily and sticky. 280112 and 290312

Bottled. light yellow coloured. no head. aroma of elder and honey. some spice and fruits. flavour of sweetness frutis, honey and then some. medium bodied.

Bottle at Papsoe’s - Thanks. Clear yellow - no head. Honey, sweetness, flowery, elderflowers, light medicine, light to medium smokey. A bit wierd.

Bottled. A golden mead. The aroma has notes of elderflowers and honey. The flavor is sweet with notes of elderflowers, honey, and spices, leading to a dry finish.
