COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
HooDoo Barleywine 2013 is our interpretation of a classic English Barleywine, the strongest of all the English ales and a showcase of intense malt flavor and complexity. Focused on the rich, luscious malt flavors of Maris Otter malt from England, this beer has multiple layers of flavor and aroma that are explored with each flavorful sip. The deep amber color is the result of caramelization during the extra long boil, which also adds deep caramel, toffee and molasses notes.
