Commercial Description:
A smooth and refreshing beer loaded with flavor. Specialty malts give it a roasted taste and beautiful brown color. Balanced with just the right amount of Cascade hops.

Light brown color with a tall, lasting, beige head. Light aromas of caramel (like kitchen bouquet) and toasted malt. Light caramel and nougat flavors. A bit of dry toasted malt in the finish and linger. Not catching much as far as cascade hops, perhaps a touch of grapefruit pith, but nothing like the normal cascade citrus. Boring at best.

Caramel, toast, rich nuttiness. Apparently well made, but too bland for my tastes.

Tasting - Perfect Pour. Dark brown, tan creamy head. Soft toasty milk chocolate nose with undertones of cocoa berry. Soft roasty chocolate flavor balances on a light earthed berry-like tone. Light bodied, soft carbonation, mild chocolate finish. Decent, but nothing special...

Bottled. Deep brown and garnet colored body with a light tan head. The aroma has caramel and some nasty iced tea. There is also some light hints of fall leaves. The taste has some light iced tea and a little bit of baking chocolate. I would like a little bit of sweetness to balance out that dry character. A decent beer, but really boring.

Amber pour with a thin tan head. Bit of a grainy malt nose. Lightly sweet malt flavor with a bit of caramel and nut. Watery and thin, though. needs more body. Meh.

Bottle. Pours brown with a large tan head. Coppery/metallic malts in the nose, hints of unsweetened chocolate. Flavor of roasted malts, bitter grasses, and a simle, plain somethingorother. Lotsa carbonation.

Bottle from Orlando Total Wine. Brown pour with a nice light brown head. Aroma has some nuts, caramel, malts and a hint of hops. Flavor is fairly weak. Some caramel malts and a very faint bitterness. Not great.

Clear ruby/brown color with a fleeting head. Mild roasty malt, chocolate aromas. medium body. Very mild roasty nutty flavors with some rootbeer spicyness.
