Unclear yellow orange color with a small fizzy fair lacing mostly diminishing off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, moderate hoppy flowers, citrus / lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a average to long duration, leading to a light bitter finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Dedollewaitor (1825), Odense, Denmark Jul 14, 2007 Cask Charlie’s pub, CPH: Clear gold with no head. Fruity hoppy floral and a sour edge that dominates the flavor. Watery body. Dry end! Hoppy and fruity aroma. Distinctly hoppy and grapefruity flavour throughout, very nice. Beese (79), Watford, Hertfordshire, England Jun 5, 2007 Cask, Moon Under Water, Watford. Golden, slightly hazy appearance, with a some white head. Rather hoppy smell, slightly estery taste and quite bitter aftertaste. Quite nice.
