COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottled.
A premium pale ale with distinctive fruity taste. The beer is light in colour, and has a refreshing clean flavour, which belies its strength.

Cask.

Pours slightly hazy amber with lasting light white top. Aroma is fruity, grassy, hay, sweet flowers, oat. Taste is creamy, average bitterness, sweet notes, floral notes, a lot of fruits, some dust. After is creamy/oily with bitter and dusty notes. Very good beer!

500ml bottle. A pleasant bitter. Fairly typical but a good example of the style.

Clean amber color, small white head. Aroma of caramel, grain, grass, floral and spicy hops. Dry lightly sweet taste with medium bitter hoppy finish. Thin to medium body, average carbonation. Decent ale.

Kauge (1325) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JAN 9, 2016
Bottle from Selver in Tallinn; BB 30 Sep 2016. Pours a slightly hazy pale amber with am off-white head. The aroma is malts and grassy hops; tastes grainy sweet with an earthy, grassy bitter tingle. Dry on the palate; medium strenght body. Carbonation pleasant. Not too interesting, but not bad either.

Bottle (from Selver). Pours amber with whiteish head. The head stays. Aroma is sweet, grass, malt. Flavor is sweet, malt, grass, some fruits, bready and earthy notes. Finish is nutty-earthy-dry bitter. Overall: ok

suurjuust (2661) - ESTONIA - DEC 25, 2015
Clear amber beer, medium white head. Nose is malt, grassy notes, hops. Flavor is a pretty simple combo of malts, corny notes, and grassy hops. Lingering hops with a floral edge. Crisp mothfeel. Nothing mindblowing, but an OK quaffer.

Crystal clear amber beer with white head. Floral aroma with some malts coming through. Nice malty taste finishes off with firm bitterness. Decent ESB.

Bottle. Dark golden body, small head. Clean malty aroma, not too hoppy. Resembles lagers more than ales. Taste has sweet grainy malt with soft citric hops. Medium bitter finish without anything interesting to savour. Just a pounding beer. It’s odd that this summer beer appeared on the locals shelves now in December.

Backlog. From bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 25.03.15. Dark golden. Rough bitterness and sweetness in aroma. Pale malt and light hop in slightly sweet taste. Some bitterness lingering on in aftertaste. Round mouthfeel. OK (almost).
