Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter.
Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Kinda lame yeast strain (stinky feet-ish). Watery, thin, simple. Eh. pivo (2537), Germany
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jan 23, 2005 Fruity nose - like rotten apples. Clear orange color and a dissappating head that turns to a low scum. Quick, thin apple malt flavor followed by a dainty, gritty bitter. Leaves a dirty feel in the mouth. Weak, really, and not so good. YogiBeera (2437), Hamburg, Germany

| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Mar 10, 2005 Bottled, pasteurised. Golden colour with slight white head. Doesn’t fare too well in a pasteurised bottle in my opinion, the subtelties are lost, the delicate bitterness and malty sweetness. This has a harsher flavour, one dimensional with a harder bitterness on the finish.
