Bottled. Pasteurised.
A well balanced and full bodied beer demonstrating fruitiness, with the Crystal Malt content being distinctive. The hoppy mouth gives way to a sweeter finish.

Fukito (1018) - Santiago, CHILE - JAN 2, 2015
Bottle. Pours a shinny orange/ light copper with golden hues with a medium, persistent creamy white head. Aroma is very faint yeasty fruitiness with a touch of butterscotch. Flavor is light crystal malts with flowery/ tea english hops, a touch of stale oxidation but fortunately fades. Medium to light palate, enjoyable and sessionable kind of heavy mild.

Simmo (27) - AUSTRALIA - NOV 14, 2014
Strong arome of various fruits and honey. Pours deep orange and slightly hazy with a thin beige head that lasts. Some lacing. Full bodied with average carbonation. Slick texture yet slightly sticky on the lips. Taste is light bitter with a medium/heavy sweet finish. Lots of fruit and honey flavours so if you like sweet fruity beers you’re likely to enjoy this.

Lagerboy (1907) - British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 1, 2014
500 ml bottle. Clear brownish orange, off-white fading foam. Aroma of fruity c-malt and herbal hop. Taste is lightly bitter, herbal and grassy, berry fruity caramel/toffee malt, slightly floral, some spice. Soft carbonation, light-medium bodied, lightly hopped. A better bitter. Idiosynkrasie (6296) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - SEP 19, 2014
500ml bottle. Clear, amber golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Typical British hop aroma, notes of gooseberry and red berries. Taste is dry hoppy with identical fruit notes, subtle malt sweetness, some biscuit. Nothing special.

Kauge (1556) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - SEP 6, 2014
Bottle from a Selver in Tallinn, Sept 2014. Pours a nice clear copper with a creamish off-white, retaining head, also gives good lacing. Nose... autumn fruits and malts most apparent, also toffee and slight caramel. Taste is grainy malts and near putrid fruits at first, then more sweet (toffee or caramel) in the middle, with a fair deal of hop bitterness in the finish. Palate is silky smooth with very little carbonation, yet the bitterness brightens it all up. A good, unpretentious and relatively cheap beer to down a few while watching some stand-up.

Alengrin (4420) - BELGIUM - AUG 19, 2014
Classic English bitter from Oxford, with yellowish white head and warm amber colour. Malty aroma, English bitter hops; taste of dried fruits, citrus peel notes, caramelly malt base, a bit oaky, long hop bitterish finish. Delivers, though I suppose the cask-conditioned version should be better.

mR_fr0g (8870) - Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - JUL 20, 2014
Bottle at home shared with Sarah from Sainburys. Had this a few times before but first time rate. Clear amber copper coloured pour with a lasting greyish cream head. Aroma is mineral, some farts, stale wet grassy hop, toffee. Flavour is toffee and toast malts, mice English yeast esters, slight metal note in the finish. Hops are a bit stale, cheesy and lacklustre. Boring beer.
