Cask (Guide Dog, Southampton) - Copper coloured. Fruity aroma with spicy malt, dried fruit and toasted teacake. Fruity taste with raisins and caramel.

Cask conditioned at The Turf Tavern, Oxford. Gold to amber with white head. It’s quite awkward with these single hop beers, they are unbalanced, yes but it does give you the opportunity to refer back to what a hop is giving you. This has an astringent, tannin like flavour and would give depth to flavour presumably. Reasonable enough in its own right.
