Cask (gravity dispense) at Reading Beer Festival, day 2, on 1 May 2009. Amber colour. Nice condition. Good balance. Moderate bitterness especially on the finish. A very pleasant drop.

Handpulled cask at the Bre Louise Euston. Amber with a white head. Good malt profile with earthy hops giving a lasting bitter finish. Decent.

Cask in the market porter. Alround rating: Pale honey malts with little hop character balancing, hints of burnt malt comes through and ruins it.

Cask-conditioned at the Raven, Bath 7/05/09. Copper coloured with a decent white head that left plenty of lacing down the glass. Aroma of apricots, caramel and spicy hops. Easy drinking, with some sweet flavours up front, followed by a spicy, earthy, bitter finish. Good.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 09. Orange/copper colour, lasting beige head. Some yeast, some hop on aroma. Fullish in mouth. OK hop on finish. Quite tasty. Fine. Goold lasting finish.
