Cask at the Hobgoblin, Reading. Golden amber with a loose white head; earthy malt flavour with tangy spicy hops. Straightforward, but a refreshing, very drinkable bitter.

Bottle. Poured a clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma was full of malts with a bit of spice and earthiness. Flavor was very earthy with grainy and hay notes from the malts.

Cask. Clear amber of color with an offwhite head. An aroma of apples, malty, spice, cinnamon and citrus. A flavor of malt, bisquit, hops and a dry finish.

Cask @ The Wharf, Aalborg. Pours a clear amber-golden with a small off-white head. Hoppy aroma; grassy. Flavour is hops with plastic notes. Hoppy bitterness in the finish with remote white wine-like notes. Not that bad as such, but the plastic notes threw me off. 25-03-09.

Amber color; medium head. Medium aroma, some grassy hop, light manure, nice. Weak body, but good soft mouthfeel, toffee flavor, strong bitterness, good hops. Very refreshing.

From cask at Charlies, Copenhagen. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Light hoppy to slight fruity aroma. Crisp and bitter flavoured. Light malt base with a delicate fruity note. Vibrant fruity and bitter brew. Quite simple yet enjoyable.
