Cask; Special July 2011.
A light blonde ale with English (Pioneer), Slovenian (Styrian Golding) and American (Chinook) hops giving a heady combination of citrusy flavours and a lightly spicy finish. A real thirst-quencher.

Cask@Far From The Madding Crowd, Oxford. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some earth and mild bready notes. Flavour is floral, wooden, mildly fruity and quite bready malts. A bit mouthdrying in the palate.
