Cask Handpump at the Vat & Fiddle, Nottingham 12/12/2006 A nice touch by the pub to put this ale on for the travelling Salisbury supporters as this was the night of the replay with Nottingham Forest. Hop aroma. Clear golden coloured and hoppy with a fruity orange flavour. Crisp and slightly bitter dry finish.

Cask conditioned @ Guide Dog, Soton. Golden Colour. Quite nice hop aroma piney, peppery with a citric twist. The malt is a bit heavy and syrupy in the mouth. Although there is plenty of hop flavour there isnt much bitterness so this doesnt quite work and ends slightly sweet and stodgy.
