UPDATED: AUG 23, 2007 Cask. Cloudy yellow with a mid-sized lasting white head. Citrus hops and malt aroma. Clean malty flavour with some bitterness. It does a good job as a quenching lager-like ale.

Botella. Pale golden colour with a small bubbly and creamish snow white head leaving a fair lacing. Aroma of citrus, hops and some fruit. Fair mouthfeel. The flavour has a nice sweetness with fruits, citrus and some bitter hops. Bit sweet dry and bitter fruity finish. Good refreshing ale.

Bottle. Poured clear straw with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Medium sweet hoppy aroma. Medium body. Medium sweet flavor with a small bitter finish of moderate duration. My expectations were met.

It’s a light golden color. The aroma has alluring notes of fruit. The flavour is round and yet crisp and refreshing with a lot of fruity notes and caramel. The finish has a nice bitterness, and its a nice and uncomplicated summer beer.
