4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pale raw color with good hop nose. Light in the mouth with good malt flavor. The end it what was so impressive to me. The hops explodes in your mouth for a very clean dry finish. Loved this beer.

Extremer Cara Geruch, zeitgleich leicht malzig. Stark karbonisiert, aber leerer Geschmack. Leicht trüb.

A bottle of, "That There". Only one man in the world will know what I mean. Smells odd. Smells of caster sugar and a bit of bleach? Pale gold colour. Tastes reedy, kinda farmyard-like with strong hints of candyfloss. Really weird. The cask versions of this I had in the 1990’s were ace but this is just like fizzy farmyard candyfloss. It’s so unlike what I recall I’m going to throw it away. Sorry.

Cask at The Three Fishes, Shrewsbury. Mellow hops, smooth citrus with a nice chilled out taste. Nothing too adventurous here.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Good-looking pale beer which can be over-carbonated. Initial flavor is immediate and dry-biscuity. Bitterness level is high and continues throughout. Malt is there somewhere but tends to get overpowered by the hops. Has the right credentials but rather too heavy-handed for me.

Golden with a white head. Highly sulfurous aroma, some hops. Sweet with a sour finish. Slightly thin on the palate, with light carbonation. Not great.
