When your brewmaster comes up with a recipe as good as this one, you let him name the beer whatever he wants. Here’s what makes our recipe so darn good: a rich burnt orange colour, darker than most lagers, a smooth, medium body with a bold, but pleasant, hop taste, full of flavour, unlike your traditional ’cold-as-ice’ beers with no taste, made with only the best ingredients, including Canadian & English Malts, and German & Czech Hops.

Draft at Moriartys. Dark honey orange brown with a foamy off-white head. Toasted wheat flavors. Somewhat vinous. Slight caramel sweetness in the middle, but finishes quite dry. Strong carbonation. Have not had this style often. Tastes like a mix of a Belgium Blonde, an Irish Red, and a German Oktoberfest.

I love a beer with good hops and full flavour and body. This satisfies my taste for a cold one. Not for fans of dishwater beers. I had it first on tap and liked it better than the cans. I think it’s my new favourite beer!

Had this at Church Picnic. Really a Red ale, plenty of malt and a good amount of hops. Nice color and head from the can.

- Wasn’t as great as I was expecting it to be. - tastes like pine, but sweet aroma. - Almost goes down like a malt.

Amber with small white head. Mild caramelly aroma. Taste - caramel malt, dry crackers and some earthiness. Medium bodied, mildly hopped and easy drinking. Better than I was expecting, but pretty average overall.

Good beer. That’s about it just a good beer. Slightly hoppy with a hint of spices.

I was able to enjoy this beer for the first time this week in Pittsburgh @ Houghh’s, a great local craft account. A very well balanced brew with an excellent choice of both Hops and Malts. My hat off to the 2 brewmasters. Not too bitter just right with dinner or to enjoy while watching the Steelers path to another Super Bowl

This brew was very disappointing. Bland, boring, and underachieving. My fist shall from hop city, maybe my last.

I had this beer on tap at the Green Turtle in Aberdeen, MD. A complex amber lager with a roasted, caramel flavor and medium bitterness. A slight Hop aftertaste and medium body. A roasted type aroma kind of earthy. The head was very white and the color was copper/orange. Great with the amazing burgers that were served! A sessionable craft with the coolest tap marker; a Squirrel holding a Hop Cone! Serving type: on-tap
