COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
When your brewmaster comes up with a recipe as good as this one, you let him name the beer whatever he wants. Here’s what makes our recipe so darn good: a rich burnt orange colour, darker than most lagers, a smooth, medium body with a bold, but pleasant, hop taste, full of flavour, unlike your traditional ’cold-as-ice’ beers with no taste, made with only the best ingredients, including Canadian & English Malts, and German & Czech Hops.

bartlebier (2235) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - JAN 20, 2015
33cl bottle, Maruhn inter festas. Caramel amber pour. Stark aroma of popcorn, rough vienna malt. A rough Saaz hop bite pierces through a decent herbal lupuline base level, while the body remains both sweetish and watery. Ergo: unbalanced Vienna.

Pours a see-through brown with a micro-head that stays to the bottom. Nice lacing, shrouds the glass. The taste is malt and caramel with light floral hops. Too thin, like most moosehead brews.

12 oz bottle. Pours amber with tall, long-lasting, fluffy white head. Aroma is of grassy hops and caramel malt. Body is medium and crisp. Grassy hops and caramel malt nicely balanced on the palate. Finish is long and semidry. Nice session brew.
