Light amber colour with amber white head that doesn’t last. Citrusy caramel aroma. Thin mouth feel. Citusy hop flavour and that is about all. Not very complex. An OK beer at best; will never be a favourite.

(Rating #5441)

Can from the LCBO. Pours a slightly hazy very light amber with an off white head. Nose is citrus and faint caramel. Quite sweet with hint of bitterness. Medium mouth and carbonation with not much of a finish. Easy drinking but not much character.

*Beer Review* Hop City Happy Hour Pale Ale Lots of white foamy head that is lasting forever. Smells soapy and citrusy. Very mild. It’s got a hoppy bitterness but its subtle and fades quickly. Also a bit sweet. Refreshing and easy to drink. Really pleasant. I’ve found that I really like everything Hop City makes.
