COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Programmed with 5 West Coast American hops, HopBot IPA brings out waves of absurd citrus and tropical aroma and flavor.

The Citra, Centennial, Mosaic, Summit and Willamette hops are perfectly balanced by a solid malt backbone.

Pours clear copper with a small white head that laces the glass. Sweet fruit and orange citrus aroma. Taste is a great balance of sweet malts and citrus hops with a good bitter and fruit finish. Really enjoyed this beer.

Sometimes keeping it simple is an asset, and Hopbot IPA is a good straight forward India Plae Ale that hits the spot. Hoppy and well rounded, all an IPA neeeds to be.

Bottle. Pours a clear reddish amber with a moderate white head, reasonable carbonation. Fruity aroma. Taste is bitter; light to moderate bitterness. Floral hop notes, some citrus. Warms to a light malt flavour, but not too sweet. Finish is spruce like. Moderate-bodied mouthfeel. Very complex hop flavours. An excellent IPA, top of its class.

473 mL Can. Gold-amber body with a 2-finger foamy head, settling but leaving foamy ribs and blotches all over the glass as it is sipped. Intense grapefruit rind aroma with the resiny-pungent hops, yet the sweet light malts are also very much there. Resiny hops galore! Flavor: delicious sweet light malts assert themselves alongsides all the hops. Pink grapefruit-like aftertaste, a juicy pink grapefruit rind finish. Yummy! Just be careful with that 7.1 octane ;)

MiP (15143) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - APR 12, 2016
Bottle, 7.1%. Quite citric hop aroma, also teaish. Almost clear amber colour. Big stable creamy off-white head. The flavour starts off with a quite strong bitterness, not entirely pleasant. Then comes a fruity note and more bitterness. On the whole not too bad, but could have had other hop characteristics than mostly bitterness.

Bottle from Number 21. Clear, pale copper with a finger of foam. Pine and resin hop aroma. Flavour has more pronounced citrus. Lasting bitter finish.

IPA agréable avec des arômes de fruits exotiques, de poires. L’amertume est soutenue et le sucre ne prend pas trop de place.
