Cask. Dark brown, hazy, small white head. Aroma is biscuity (jammy dodger in particular). Body is medium to light, low carbonation, a touch foamy. Taste is astringent, malty, drying, slightly floral. Not for me. Too drying.

Bottle shared in London. Poura clear, amber-brown with a frothy, off-white head. The nose has lots of toasty bread, some toasty leaves, hints of rubber. Light sweet flavor with some mellow cocoa, rubber, toasted grains, brown bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Moderate sweetness to finish, burnt rubber, toasted brown bread, dried berries. So so.

The taste is smooth, bitter, earthy, brown bread, spice, toast, charred wood and a touch of cocoa with a dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Solid.
