ChrisOs Early December Tasting. Clear gold beer, little off white head. Light dry palate. Sour! Some citrus and blood orange - very tangy. Dry finish. Should it be this sour? Infected?

Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, sour. Flavour is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, sour fruit - apple. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111203]

Bottled@my birthdaybash@Chriso. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, caramel, earth, mild our wood and some mild berries. Flavour is similar. Nothing very special.

Bottled at oh6gdx’s birthday bash at chriso’s. Hazy deep golden, coarse head. Lemony nose. Light-medium bodied with spritzy mouthfeel. Dominated by infected sourness. A wreck.

Bottle at Pat’s birthday tasting at chriso’s. Pours clear gold with a small, white head. Dank, slightly sour nose. Flavor is way off. Bad. Sour fruits. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Tart finish. If this is the intended beer then it’s one of the worst I’ve ever had.
