Medium to strong smell of (american) hop, and hints of citrus (orange?) and herbs. Appearance: warm orange, hazy. nice thick creamy head. Light and fresh sparkles on your tongue, go together with a nice bitter and hoppy taste. Hints of citrus and dried fruit. Surprisingly strong body for this alcohol rate (6,5%). A long hoppy aftertaste, but the bitterness even lasts a bit longer. Overall: A surprise. Highly recommended. At this moment (sept. 2011) limited available as I understood...

Tap @ Burg Bieren (assuming it was this version actually), medium sample. Hazy orange to amber color, medium rocky head. Aroma is lovely hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, hint of tropical fruit. Great bitterness, decent malty body to back it up. Great IPA.

On tap. Old note. The aroma has light grass, bit pine, tropical fruits. Bit hazy, orange coloured beer with an off-white head. The taste is moderate bitter, has tropical fruitiness. Very fresh beer. Really nice.

Bottle: Big vast off white head on top of a hazy orange colored beer. Smell hops, citrus, peach, herbs, nettle, herbs and hints of flowers/floral and honey. Taste is a nice sharp but smooth bitter hoppy taste with malts, hint of citrus, hint of caramel, fruit, hints of peach, abricot, flowers, straw and pretty crisp. Good firm and long bitter hoppy aftertaste. Low to medium carbo, nice soft mouthfeel, medium to fuller body and a creamy texture. Not as fruity as most other ipa’s, nicely hopped and good bitter with just a touch of fruit.

Bottle bought from a fellow beer lover at Beer Temple. Dark brown caramel body. Nose of hops and lots of hops. Really nice well-balanced hops and citrus concoction. Lots of flavours in there, oranges, honey, citrus, caramel. Really good. De Nederlanders doen het weer heel goed !!

Een mooie IPA. Hoppig, bloemig en een tikkie zoet. Behoorlijk fris, waardoor die lekker is voor een zomerdag. Gewoon goed bier.

Bottle at T’Arendsnest, Amsterdam, Netherlands on Friday 30.09.11 Pours dark amber bit puddly in appearance with a small white head. Tangy, pithy, citrussy but with a light floral touch and maybe a little herbal. Good IPA, nice soft carbonation, tasty decent beer. . A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8
