3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Aroma: Clean, fresh aroma of straw-like notes, vine tomatoes and grapefruit.
Appearance: Hazy golden body with a delicate white head. Lively carbonation. Slight lacing on the glass.
Taste: Light, fruity flavours. Not much in the way of malt character, but itís very hoppy and easy drinking. Good bitterness.
Palate: Thin body with a watery, slightly oily mouthfeel. Nice carbonation fizz.
Overall: A very hoppy golden ale - light moreish and refreshing. This is the second beer Iíve had from this brewery and theyíve both been pretty good. Will keep an eye out for their other beers.

Bottle from Trembling Mad. Lively slightly gushing pour, clear yellow golden, thick foamy white head. Big vinous gooseberry Nelson nose, some dusty malt, touch of grapefruit. Big juicy grapefruit, vinous bitterness. Almost no malt flavours. Long puckering bitter finish. A bit of a hop bomb! Tasty though, if a little thin.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
[cask at the York Tap] Slightly hazy golden beer, impressive thick white head. Extremely vinous aroma - they must have packed the Nelson into this one. The bitterness rises into the finish and takes over. To be honest, itís not very nice - needs a bit more finessing and maybe dial back on the hops a little. Not often I say that, but thereís a good session beer in there somewhere. At the moment, itís overwhelmingly bitter
