Bottle from Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Light copper colour. Filmy, lasting, white head. Not much aroma to this, maybe some grassy, wet hop. Bit earthy, really. Taste is malty sweetness, with a welcome pithy bitterness, that lingers. Light carbonation, and that bitter finish made this a beer I could imagine doing a session on, no problem. Was top dollar, though, even from Dave.

Cask by hand-pump at Drum & Monkey, Glasgow - cereal, orange aroma, straw coloured with a marginal haze, thin off-white head, intermittent lacing, orange, marmalade, fairly sweet, creamy, malty aftertaste

Cask at JDW’s the Gate House, Highgate, London on 23rd April 2015. Amber with full-lacing off-white foam. Herby hop aroma with orange peel and maltiness. Hoppy in-mouth with plenty of fruit. Peppery finish with hoppiness becoming bitter and fiery. Light body and zingy mouthfeel.

Cask @ Coal Hole, London. Amber with next to no head. Hopped with a slight dryness to the ale, but it still slips down the palate well with orange notes in its nose and some in its taste. Has a low bitterness.

Half pint at Dorking beer fest. Pours a clear orange/copper with a few cream coloured bubbles. Aroma is quite malty with citrussy hops. Taste is weak citrussy hops and quite a dry, refreshing bitter finish.

Cask. Clear golden with a medium sized frothy off white head. Citrusy hops, light flowery, wooden, hay. Medium body, light sweet, long dry and light bitter finish. Not something I will come running for, but pretty fair stuff that is unlikely cause any form of overstimulation.
