Bottle shared by banksiz. Pours light amber with a thick off-white head and a citrus aroma. There is a medium-bodied pale malt flavor with lots of hop bitterness. Easy to drink.

UPDATED: APR 12, 2014 Piney nose with a bit of grapefruit. Bitter with a bit of saltiness. Good body, slightly oily. Bitter finish. Could use a bit more delicacy in the bitterness. Overall, a good IPA.

From can. Hazy golden color. Aroma is sweet citrus, light tropical fruit, and pine. Taste is tart citrus and pine resin, with a touch of sweetness. Becomes a little bitter; could use a little more hop punch and some more balance.

Loved this piney, citrusy northwest IPA. Clear and golden in color, this fantastic beer had a really nice mouthfeel that was crisp and refreshing.

12oz can. Looks amber. Aroma of citrusy, piney, and floral hops, some pale and caramel malts, and some dough. Flavor the same with a decent hoppiness. Average texture. Not a bad IPA.

Bottle at the first Kinki Beer Tasting. I liked the classic fairly clear orange-gold color with a citrus-pine hop aroma. A medium body with a bitter pine taste & a dry finish. It’s a solid but unexceptional IPA.

A slightly cloudy light golden orange color. Nice level of carbonation, average head. Smells citrusy, not real strong or overpowering smell. The taste is strong or oranges and grapefruit. Pretty good IPA. It is pretty intense grapefruit, could be alittle bit more balanced. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can. Large hit of citrus and piney mix, near stinky and dank. Orange/amber color. Big citrus, then goes to some balance, and then a thick coating of dark, prickly bitterness. Medium-heavy body. 90 IBU, but doesn’t seem overhopped. Tasty. A fair standard west coast IPA.
