COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This seasonal IPA features 4 different hops with multiple flavors and aromas complimented with the addition of grapefruit peel. It creates a bouquet of citrus, peach and tropical fruits with enough Munich malt to produce a classic burnt orange color.

Great IPA flavor. The grapefruit peel is not as pronounced, but I kind of think that is a good thing. 3.0/5.0.

On tap @ Chuckís CD. Pours hazy pale golden with thin lacy white head. Aroma is sweet light caramel malt and big juicy fresh citrus hops. Grapefruit, orange, and lime jump out. Taste is similar: malt is pleasant but somewhat thin. Hops are juicy and citrusy, though kept in balance with big bitterness. Awesome IPA.

Keg at the taproom, 10/11/14. Clear golden with a decent eggshell white covering. Nose is citric sherbets, orange pith, pine, light grapefruit, floral vibes, melon. Taste comprises caramel malt, straw, candied fruit peel, bitter orange. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light hop bitterness and perfumed tones. Ok IPA.

Bottle at home. Hazy orange pour, thin white head. Aroma is very fruity, grapefruit, citrus, floral, pine and a little spicy. Flavor is quite bitter, fruity and with a very decent malty body. Nice balance and smooth. Impressive ipa.

Listen, Iíve been drinking craft beer (strange to even call it that) for many years now and this beer is so good, and so consistently good, that it is now in my top 10 beers to have, share and enjoy. I try to get people to try this gem as itís so good and so reasonable price wise that itís close to a steal. Smell, taste and palate are all right there with sculpin, yet just a tad hoppier and bitter (because of the grapefruit!). Go get it whenever you can find it providing itís fresh. Itís always fresh here in Redding, because my room-mate and I buy it out!

Bottle from Biernavigatie, large sample, served in a shaker. Clear orange color, medium frothy off-white head. Big hoppy aroma of citrus, grapefruit, pine, but also quite some malty notes of caramel. Quite fruity bitterness, piney as well, caramel and biscuity sweetness. Quite clean and crisp.
