12oz picked up at a 7-11 in Bend over the weekend... Poured tonight into my FunkFest goblet... Slightly hazed golden.. good enough white head with okay lacing. Good fresh piney hops combined with a big resinous grapefruity aroma... a bit of pale malt ties things together well.. long lingering bitterness.... light body with good bubble. Nothing wrong with the product... No real flaws at all, it is just pretty standard and nothing jumps out.

Orange amber witha one-finger white head with minimal lace. Aromas of grapefruit and tangerine come on strong. Flavors is similar, with tropical fruit up front accompanie and balanced by a strong presence of roasted malt. Medium body, smooth mouthfeel, lively carbonation and a dry and piney finish.

Bottle. Clear, amber body, with a medium, creamy, white head. Aroma of grapefruit, pine, peach, mango, some other fruits, caramel. Taste is refreshingly light bodied, with about the same aromas again and also some biscuit, grass and tea. Mouthfeel is medium, slick, with a medium carbonation and it finishes smooth, medium bitter, with lemon zest, pine, grass and some fruits. Tasty! A refreshing, light bodied, but still fully aromatic IPA, with a nice balance of fruits, pine and malts.

Poured from a 12oz bottle into a shaker pint glass. Pour is dark orange/amber with thin, white head and virtually no lacing. Aromas are strong grapefruit and tangerine. Flavors of tropical fruit and medium roast malts. The finish is medium dry with piney bitterness. Overall a solid, if unremarkable IPA. I've had a few of their other IPAs and while I might not crave this one, it is one I would gladly buy a 6 pack of.

Bottle from Joe’s. Clear golden orange with lasting head and lace. Spicy citrus aroma with very slight hints of overripe oranges. Fruity orange mild sweetness with assertive orangy, grapefruit rind bitterness accentuated by aggressive internal carbo and clean dry finish. Medium light body. Another average excellent IPA. Yes, I like a good standard American IPA.

Bottle from The Beer Junction, Seattle
Hazy light amber color. The aroma is nicely hoppy and fruity, fresh. It has a dry mouthfeel, some caramel flavor, although more was expected from the malts; strong bitterness, the hopping is moderately resiny and lightly fruity; the final is caramellish and a bit harsh.
A good IPA, not as refreshing as it could be.

(Hop Valley Proxima India Pale Ale) Bottle 330 ml at home, poured into a tulip glass, ABV 6.3% Mostly clear body, deep orange in colour. Tall and thick white head sitting on top, with very good retention. Aroma of citrus, orange peel, cookie dough, grapefruit. Taste of citrus, mandarins, cookie dough, grassy hops, orange peel/zest, grapefruit. Very good! NIce bitter finish and even more bitterness on the aftertaste, with long duration. Medium thin body, a bit low on the carbonation, dry palate. Very good, high drinkability.
