Nice and hoppy. Nothing new, but still good. A decent alcohol content, and it’s always nice to try something new from Hop Valley.

355ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orangey golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy hoppy aroma with hints of grapefruit, biscuity malt basis, hints of almond, sugar powder, marzipan, also a touch of ’Sauerkraut’. Taste is initially simply bitter hoppy, later citrusy with lemon notes, minimally sweet biscuity malt basis, hints of lemon biscuit; bitter finish with almond touch. Second class IPA.

Bottle. Golden color. Grapefruit, mango and grassy notes in the aroma and flavor. Piney notes. Some earthiness in the finish. Malty sweetish. Delicious!

On IPA day. 12 oz bottle from De Bierkoning @ home. Golden color, slightly hazy. White head, not too long retention. Aroma’s: citrus (notably grapefruit), fruit, light earth. Retronasal there’s citrus, light malt sweetness. Flavor is rather bitter, with a light sweet backbone. Medium bodied. Normal carbo. Finish is bitter, somewhat dry. I’m starting to really like this Hop Valley Brewing.

35,5 cl bottle @ hotel room, Amsterdam
Aroma has fruity hops, peaches and caramel. Flavour has gluey tones, gooseberry bush leaves, grapefruit, caramel and tropical fruits. Also some biscuits. Finishes with lingering hops and herbal bitterness. The hop profile is not a perfect match with my taste buds – it feels bitter in a harsh way.

Clear golden colour with bright white head. Strong hoppy aroma. Piney and has a touch of tropical fruit. Very bitter but the creamy, slightly oily texture makes it very palatable.

Hoppy aroma of caramel malt and tropical fruits. Flavour is similar, with a decent bitter finish. A rather mild, unremarkable, and easily drinkable IPA.

After loving hop valley offerings ; Citrus Mistress, Alpha centauri Dipa. This one I was waiting up for. scent has a much piney, bready, Caramel malt hit. The thing wants to be success. Although It ain’t. They missed this one. That’s rare.
