On tap at the Hopcat. Ckear dark red with a foamy tan head. Aroma of caramel, toffee, nuts along with heavy pine and resinous hops. Taste is pretty damn good! A balanced blend of sweet malt and piney resinous hops. Some toffee and honey mix into the tasty hoppy concoction. Moderate bitter finish. We have a winner.

Sampled from the tap at the 2010 MBG Fall Fest. Poured a near clear amber orange with a yellowish gray head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma had a strong pine note with a hint of citrus and a bread backing. Flavor was full of pine with some sweet bread and a light floral and fruit hint.

Draft. Poured hazy reddish copper color with an average frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Medium to heavy earthy hop aroma. Medium to full body with a slick texture and soft carbonation and thin particles. Medium to heavy smooth bitter flavor with a medium to heavy bitter finish of moderate to long duration. My expectations where exceeded.
