On tap at HopCat. Hazy yellow-orange body, thin off-white head. Herbal, citrusy nose. Citrusy body with white grapes and pears, cut by spices and sharp carbonation. Good balance between dry and sweet. Very good.

On tap at Hopcat. Cloudy/murky, almost milky dirty straw with small white head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, a little garbage water, sweaty, peach and apricot. Sweet peach flavor with some spice and saison yeast, grainy, a little bit of a mess, reminds me of one of those sugar bomb Belgian beers like mort subite, etc. Saaz hops in the finish, only thing that drys it out really. Medium, creamy, well carbonated, but not saisony. Way out of style and not enjoyable, a rare miss from Hopcat.
