Draft to taster at HopCat. Looks solid; a transparent light orange with foamy white head. Smells of honey, hops, lime, and heat (in that order and nicely balanced). Tastes like it smells, only less balanced (on the hot side). Average on the palate. Eh.

Sampled from the tap at the 15th annual MBGSF. Pours a clear orange gold with a white head that dissipates tot the edges. Aroma has a good amount of spice with backing grain and a hint of underlying lime. Flavor burns the back of your throat a bit with a bit of grain and a hint of lime. Not really for me.

On tap at HopCat. Cloudy golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is very spicy with peppers, sweet malt and mild citrus. Taste is hot and spicy with habanero peppers, some sweet malt and finishes spicy with moderate spice burn. Good in small doses.

goldenish color with not a ton of head, nose is spicy!!!! but good, flavor is intense spice with just a touch of malt on the back, not a beer id session but cool to try

On tap at Hopcat, pours a clear dark golden color, has aroma that is full of spices with some malt, taste is nearly overwhelming with spices but the malt balance brings it back to earth, enjoyable.

Pouring at the Michigan Brewers Festival during RBSG. Pours a hazed gold with a medium sized white head. Big spice all over this, all spice, pepper fruit from the habaneros. Definitely smells like jerk spice. Slow and spicy heat, medium bodied. Long gentle heat. This was pretty good in small amounts, and I definitely enjoyed it, but I have a feeling I’d have trouble putting away a whole lot more of it. Quite interesting.

Draft. Poured clear dark copper color with an average off-white frothy head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Solid spice, pepper and tart fruit aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Mediumspicy pepper bitter flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where exceeded with a complex beer.
