50 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden deep orangeto amber with a small off white head. Aroma is toasted malty and overripe fruity, light metallic. Toasted malty, metallic, roasted and breadish. Bitter, dry roasted and malty finish.

Dark toffee colored pour. Small off white head. Not much lacing. Huge roasted biscuit aroma. Malt. Malty taste with a slight rubber note. Not bad at all.

260413. Bottle at home. Pours clear dark ruby with a nice head. Aroma carmel, toffee, crystal malts, biscuit. Rather typically English Ale. Not Bad.

Bottle. Dark amber color. malt and salt in the aroma. malty sweetish flavor with cookie dough, herbal notes and seasalt. Low on carbon. Nice, fairly complex ale.

Sample at En Öl&Whiskymässa 2013. Clear amber beer with a decent offwhite head. Malty roasted aroma, vinous, caramel, floral, brown sugar, some chocolate. Malty toffee flavor, fruity, raisins, hay, some grapes.

Man ska definitivt inte gå över ån för det här fermenterade vattnet. Men till kvarterskrogen kan det ändå vara värt. Hopdaeom Leviathan ligger för ankar vid medelmåttornas meredian och har större existensvärde som mätpunkt än som njutningsmedel. Kan med fördel användas som vattenpass för att avläsa balansen på andra öl.

Bottle. Dark amber, very small and fully diminishing head. Moderate malty and sweetish aroma with light caramel and light barn-yard. Body is medium, malty and sweetish flavor, some caramel - light toffee with light hoppyness. Finish is average, malty and lightly sweetish, light caramel and light roasted malt, light hoppyness and light alcohol. Caramel sweetish strong ale - light barn-yard in the aroma.
