Bottle conditioned, 500ml from Asda, Brighton Marina. Chestnut with white head. Rich malty beer, alcohol, plenty of biscuity notes, some chocolate roasty notes. Pretty reasonable.

Clear red brown beer, small beige head, unstable, little adhesive. Aroma: fruity, sweet malts, some caramel, touch of vegetables, barnyard. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: little sweet, malty, fruity, hint of chocolate, little bitter. Aftertaste: caramel, little sweet, some banana.

Bottle: Clear, chestnut-amber coloured, stable off-white foamy layer, robust sweetish-fruity (dried fruits) nose with a robust hoppy background; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; becomes drier in the fruity-hoppy finish. Nice and pleasant.....

Light brown, almost clear body with frothy beige head. Nice aroma of English hops, lightly spiced, cashew nuts and muffins. Bitter, straightforward taste. Easily drinkable and enjoyable. Not overly complex though and definitely not a beast. Surely nice in its style. (50cl bottle, 4,00 EUR)

Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee, moderate hoppy, grass, orange - citrus, UK hops. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, spicy hops, malty, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110626]
