COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Seasonal - Winter. Also available bottle conditioned.
Ingredients: Pale malt, crystal malt, chocolate malt, caramalt, wheat malt. Fuggles and Bramling Cross hops.

Sample at ÖÖWF 2012. Sweet and malty smell and taste with some caramel. Fairly mild but full body and very drinkable.

Bottle. Dark rusty ale. Decent tan head which fades quite quickly. Nose is caramel with a slight sherbert malt. The taste is heavy with the maltiness, but some nice toasty sweetness and caramel notes. Finish is sweet and rich.

Bottle from Mr Lawrence Wine Merchants, Brockley. Reddish-brown pour with a beige head. Toffee, malts, berries, baked apple and pear aromas. Chocolate, caramel, raisins and cloves in the taste. Quite smooth and easy drinking. Gentle bitterness on the palate. Not bad.

Bottle at Nya Tröls. Clear orange coloured with a medium sized off-white head. Fruitya roma of caramel, hops and cocoa powder. Fruity flavour of caramel and hops. Hoppy finish.
