500ml bottle. Clear dark golden to copper colour with average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly grainy aroma with fruity hints of yellow berries and other yellow fruit. Taste is minimally grainy, slightly unspecific fruity, dry, husky overtones. Light body, slightly watery, boring.

Pours thin clear light amber with small white head which dissipates. Aroma- caramel maltiness with hoppy floralness- like clover- slightly spicy. Taste is bitter to caramel sweetness to floral. It’s light, but does have a complexity and bitterness on the light side that increases at the finish and into the aftertaste. It’s a floral bitterness. Drinkable, if light. THe IPA on the label is deceiving.

Pours dark orange with a small white head. Nose reveals a typical british bitter, with some malty sweetness very prominent. Taste confirms this. Finish is a bit full and thin. Not exciting in any ways, but drinkable.

Világos vörösréz színe van, csillogóan, tükrösen tiszta a belseje. Habja fehér, közepes méretű és kitartású, finoman krémes állagú. Illata füves, nedves szalmás, zöld komlós, kicsit fás és malátás. Ízében van egy masszív malátás gerinc, amit szépen kiegészít az angol komlók visszafogott kesernyéssége, füvessége és enyhe gyümölcsössége. Könnyű teste van és alig buborékos. Utóíze keserédes, enyhén száraz és malátás. Kellemes társasági ital, ami enyhén kesernyés és igen könnyű, frissítő, viszont aki az amerikai harsányabb, harapósabb stílust kedveli, annak csalódást okozhat.

500 ml bottle, at home. Poured into an english pint glass. ABV 4.5%
Beautiful colour on the body, very deep orange to light amber. One finger of tan head, with average retention and some lacing left around the glass.
Aroma of malts and caramel, along with slighty florar hoppy notes. Very nice.
Bitter taste, even more bitter on the aftertaste. Lots of hops and some caramel again. Tastes great.
Medium thick on the body, with average carbonation, giving a light bite on the finish. Very nice dryness on the palate as well.
Overall, another great english beer.

Sample at En Öl&Whiskymässa 2013. Clear deep golden beer with a decent offwhite head. Malty caramel aroma, citrus, grapes, floral, biscuits, pear and peach. Somewhat hoppy flavor, caramel, biscuits, some hop notes.

Bottled. Maly and hops in the nose. Pale brown fast disappearing head. Golden color. Dry malty average hopped taste. At the end hop bitterness.

Clear copper yellow with small off-white foam head, lacing to glass. Aroma is bitter hops, not too strong. Taste is a nice fresh bitter, some fruity notes. Aftertaste is long lasting bitter. (Velp 201304)
